We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our company in the Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge Region as a part-time employee. Daily Responsibilities Manage our performer and personnel database Create, edit, distribute, and collect contracts Communicate effectively with staff and artistic personnel Develop and improve personnel and sponsor list to be extremely detailed Handle sensitive information with maturity and security Seek new artists for participation in productions Create internal memos to communicate relevant information Plan monthly meetings for all staff, including non-officers Create agendas for meetings Develop job postings and post new opportunities @ VCO Partake in regularly scheduled meetings and discussions with the Artistic Director Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills Communicate our value proposition to all qualifying customers Be an active part of the team, and encourage interaction amongst staff Be an active member of the both the online and physical communities of all our affiliates Attend monthly meetings with all company staff Assist at company events Develop creative, multi-media tactics to help grow the company Qualifications
